Kamal Haasan Directs His Next Film Sabash Naidu In Tamil,telugu And Hindi

He directs the film after its director TK Rajeev Kumar fell ill.

Kamal Haasan now confirms that he has taken over the direction of the entire film SABASH NAIDU. Says Kamal, "My director has taken ill. Extremely I'll. The unfortunate setback occurred when we were on the fourth day of our recce in LA. It is diagnosed as Lyme disease. A rare infection prevalent in Europe and North America. I am now directing the film."

Most awaited Tamil-Telugu-Hindi tri-lingual movie 'Shabaash Naidu' featuring Kamal Haasan and his daughter Shruti Haasan together for the first time is Directed by T. K. Rajeev Kumar. Ramya krishnan also starring in a lead role in this film.

The film is produced by Kamal Haasan, Chandra Haasan and A. Subaskaran. Story is also by Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan. Music is scored by The Musical Legend isaignani ilayaraja.

Kamal comments, "Yes, I have done it before. This time I moved in as a standby director hoping my friend will recover. It seems he will. But not in time to finish this film which is tightly scheduled to end principle shooting by July-end or the first week of August." 

Comments Kamal concernedly. "We have put Rajeev in one of the best hospitals in LA with one of our executives keeping vigil 24/7. Our large get-well card signed by the whole unit also stands beside him."  Right now the entire focus is on getting Rajeev Kumar back on his feet.
